We currently offer free shipping on orders shipped within the United States.
Our estimated order processing time is 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated shipping transit time is 6–9 business days. The estimated total delivery timeframe is 7–12 business days from the date the order is placed, including processing and transit time.
Delivery estimates are provided for general guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any applicable taxes or other charges, if required, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Customers must contact Fashionomy and receive return authorization and instructions before sending any item back.
For returns due to personal preference, a change of mind, or an incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping costs. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Fashionomy will handle the applicable return shipping arrangements at our expense.
We do not charge restocking fees. Eligible returns are reviewed after the returned item is received. Return processing generally takes 1–3 business days after we receive the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy concerning return procedures, the Return & Refund Policy will govern those matters.
